1. PosiSales (Posi for short) on iPad is innovative, easy to use to sell any type of product or service.
2. Posi handles up to 1200 products across 40 different categories, 30 products per category; selecting products is very quick and sliding between product categories happens almost instantly.
3. Posi will place an order, invoice products, email the invoice to the client, send it to a 40-column warehouse, reception and/or kitchen receipt printer wirelessly, whilst a ticket or receipt prints wirelessly for the purchase.
4. An Interim Invoice or sales order can be printed prior to payment so additional items can be added prior to processing.
5. The invoice can be emailed prior to, or after processing; a processed invoice is final and cannot be changed; up to 100 invoices can remain open until processed, releasing the purchase when payment has been made. Product selection can be screened by Table (for cafe or restaurant), Job (for services) or by "Sets" ready for a new transaction after processing.
6. Invoices can be retrieved by searching using the date or invoice number and Posi will trigger the cash drawer to open when it’s a cash transaction; the cash drawer can be opened electronically or manually with a key.
7. Up to 100 open invoices (Tables, Sets or Jobs) can be tracked and remain open until processed and payment has been made.
8. At the end of the day, date and time stamped reports of invoices show item code, quantity of items sold, payment method, tax, sales totals and profit on sales get sent to Dropbox in CSV format. From Excel, it's easy to take such data, sort it and add it to an accounting program if required.
9. POSiSales is a low cost, contract-free solution on iPad that prints an order or invoice receipt wirelessly on a Star 40 column receipt printer or mPOP, via ethernet LAN or Bluetooth. Note Posi is capable of different currency and tax formats including Euro, RAND, Stirling, VAT, GST, Tax.
